JLL Joints Hands with Greenland Property to Contribute to Property Management for Wuhan Super Tall Buildings
JLL and Greenland Property entered a property management cooperaton for the Wuhan Greenland Internatonal Financial City project.
Provide high-end, intelligent property management services with a human touch for Wuhan Greenland International Financial City and the highest building in Central China, Wuhan Greenland Center. This is the first project-level cooperation between the two parties following the strategic cooperation which involved A-Living and Greenland Property
The focus of this collaboration is on property management for super tall buildings, and projects of this nature have been in China for more than ten years. For the most part however, the market is in the initial stage of development, lacking mature and systematic management experience. Operational management has become a key factor in the success of such projects, and professional property management services can significantly increase the operational value of a project. This alliance between Greenland Property and JLL aims to take full advantage of this vast market space.
JLL’s Property and Asset Management team is the largest in the Asia Pacific region. It currently includes more than 11,000 property management professionals in Greater China and manages more than 67 million square meters of property. As a council member of the CTBUH (Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat), JLL currently provides property and asset management services for two-thirds of the world's 21 tallest buildings, serving many landmark buildings in mainland China.
Xiaojun Diao, Managing Director of Greenland Property, said: “In the field of commercial properties and super tall buildings, JLL has professional advantages and rich management experience, which we value very much. We believe that the two parties will work together to achieve resource complementarity and continue to increase the value of commercial property management services and super tall property management services.”
