Highlights from this quarter include:
 

• Office: Leasing activity was mixed but despite headwinds, sentiment remains broadly buoyant compared to a year ago, and volumes were up 17% y-o-y in the quarter.


• Retail: Although the aggregate Asia Pacific Retail Rental Index recorded its eleventh straight quarter of decline, the magnitude of decline was marginal, as the operating environment appears to be stabilising across the region.


• Logistics & Industrial: Macroeconomic headwinds have slowed transactional activity from last years’ record high, with 1H22 volumes reaching USD 15 billion, down from USD 23 billion in 1H21.
