In 2014, JLL began providing a comprehensive property management service to Chongqing World Financial Center and established a property service center to provide services including operations management and risk control, as well as the tenancy renewal of the office building.

At a height of 339 meters, Chongqing World Financial Center is the tallest building in Western China, and carries the high expectations of its owners, customers, and the public. The project is targeted at the city’s high-end tenants, particularly multinational companies, which requires the office building to possess a good image and safe, stable operational performance. For this reason, the client needed a high-quality property management company to provide professional, high-quality support services to achieve the maintenance and appreciation of their investment projects, and to match their continuous expansion in the capital market

Through systematic and standardized management, the project won LEED Pre-certification (Gold) and was the winner of “New Top Ten Chongqing Landmarks of 2015”.
