JLL has been providing asset management services for the Mirae Asset Tower since 2012 and has always adhered to a philosophy of offering the best service to its clients and providing attentive customer service to Mirae Asset tenants. The building uses an intelligent management system (BAS) to monitor fire, security, air conditioning, and energy consumption in the building around the clock. In addition, JLL’s in-house team regularly conducts building inspections, mechanical maintenance and overhaul work, and replaces old and damaged equipment in time to provide technical support and services to tenants who report any issues.
After JLL took over responsibility for the building’s property management, the overall occupancy rate of the building remained stable and met the owner’s expectations. Mirae Asset Tower attracts well-known large enterprises such as Jaguar Land Rover, ANZ, Trafigura, Tianhong Asset Management, ICBC-AXA Life, and Linklaters, and the building has gained value thanks to JLL’s skillful management and successful reforms.
