JLL Helps SIIC Center Build a New Generation of Urban Complex

JLL began to provide property management consulting services for SIIC Center in 2014, assisting the property to build its platforms and doing project planning.

The SIIC Center is located in the Laoshan District of Qingdao. In 2006, Qingdao’s city government decided to invite Shanghai Industrial Investment Holdings to invest in the Qingdao Beer City Reconstruction Project. SIIC Center stands out against a background of State Council approval for the development of the Qingdao City Wealth Management Comprehensive Financial Reform Pilot Zone and the new image of Qingdao International Beer City.

JLL began to provide property management consulting services for SIIC Center in 2014, assisting the property to build its platforms and doing project planning, making a handover launch plan, formulating project evaluation and takeover plans, and providing suggestions on specific property management issues. Later, in May 2014, JLL began to provide property management consulting services for T11  of SIIC Center (Jiezhen Wealth Center), and analysis and suggestions for all kinds of facilities In 2016, JLL also began providing property management services for Building T3 and T7, helping to organised the property management centre, created an operation manual and imposed building regulations Furthermore, the project is the first project outside of Beijing to implement JLL’s Premium Property Management Service Model in the North China region.
