JLL helps Genesis Beijing Build China's Most Unique Organic Community

The Genesis Beijing Community was founded by the Beijing Tourism Group and its partners and is located at the core of the Yansha business district. The project consists of an office building, a Bulgari Hotel, and a Museum of Contemporary Art. Over the years, the owners have devoted themselves to creating a project which offers a modern take on Chinese culture, integrating humanistic spirit and cultural experience to create China's most unique organic community model

In 2013, JLL provided preliminary consulting services for the Genesis Beijing project, and in 2015, it began building the Genesis Beijing Project Property Management Center to collaborate with the owners and take over management of the project. Since 2016, JLL has provided full property management services for the office buildings, as well as preliminary consulting services for the apartments and art gallery.

In its work with the project, JLL focused on enhancing people’s sensory experience, providing comfort-oriented property management to service customers’ visual, olfactory, tactile, auditory, and taste sensations. 

The assessment and approval work for the Genesis Beijing office building was completed with the assistance of JLL, which received great recognition from the developer. Combined with the required feature of Genesis, JLL designed and tailored a premium Property Management service for the client. By cooperating with the owners to set up a one-stop customer service platform, JLL transformed Genesis Beijing to an organic community with a humanistic spirit.
