JLL's team completed the leasing plan for the landlord ahead of schedule with successful lease of a total area of over 65,000 sqm.

In early 2015, JLL Shenyang’s Industrial team were chosen by Prologis China to provide sole leasing agency services for its Hunnan Logistics Centre, which is the first time JLL to work with them in this capacity. In August of the same year, JLL's team completed the leasing plan for the landlord ahead of schedule by using keen industry insight combined with its extensive business network and professional service skills. This resulted in the successful lease of a total area of over 65,000 sqm to China's e-commerce giant JD.com, thereby achieving 100% pre-leasing of the project.
