The Twin Towers of the Guiyang World Trade Center are currently the tallest twinned buildings in Southwest China. At 335 meters tall, creating a new peak in Guiyang’s skyline. With the project positioning as “Leading Southwestern China and Becoming a Star Among All Shopping Centers”, JLL collaborated with Guizhou Homnicen Group to provide an international and professional one-stop service for the project

The Twin Towers of Guiyang World Trade Center are located in the central area of Guiyang Huaguoyuan Complex, with a total construction area of 856,000 m². Among them, Block A is one of the few super Grade A office buildings in Guiyang, providing a variety of international first-class high-end services, while Block B successfully attracted Guiyang's first super luxury five-star hotel Fairmont, as well as a number of high-end apartments. The complex’s shopping center is shaped like a dolphin whose tail is connected to the Guiyang Huaguoyuan Wetland Park via a water way, creating a striking scene. In the process of project planning and construction for the outstanding location and high-end facilities of the Guiyang World Trade Center, the project decided to hire JLL’s internationally renowned property management team to help them create a new benchmark for office building complexes in Southwest China.

After receiving the project, JLL’s Chengdu Property and Asset Management department immediately carried out research on the Guiyang market, in particular its office market, and conducted a comprehensive study of the market data collected. It also quickly liaised with the entire West China Property and Asset Management Department to form a project team. Starting from the construction stage, they conducted numerous field visits, witnessing the internal transformation of the project.

Assisted by the entire Property and Asset Management team’s professionalism, the project team communicated effectively with the client in three meetings with the Homnicen Group, including presenting the initial proposal and allowing all the departments of the group to assess the expert project team, thus helping all parties achieve a mutual consensus.

Whether due to its deep understanding of the Guiyang market, or the professionalism of its high-rise office building management, through to the accurate knowledge of large-scale mixed-use complexes and efficient client communication, JLL’s performance was highly appreciated by the client. The clear advantages JLL offered led to it winning the bid for full property management of the project and consequentially contributed to the project’s success.
