JLL Assigned as Chief Leasing Agent for the Tallest Building in Hunan

In October 2017, JLL was appointed by The Wharf (Holdings) Ltd as its chief leasing agent for the office buildings of Changsha International Finance Square. The project is the leading large-scale mixed-use project in Changsha and Hunan's largest luxury high-end shopping mall. Its office tower one is the tallest building in the province at 452 meters, and together with the office tower two, forms a new landmark on Changsha’s urban landscape

For this cooperation, in addition to serving as the chief leasing agent for Wharf, JLL also provided the owner with detailed information and reports on the Wuhan office market.
