JLL Helps ESR Lease Out Logistics Park in Greater Shanghai Area

JLL Industrial and Logistics team helped ESR to successfully lock in two internationally renowned retailer brands, Dyson and Gap, shortly after the completion of its warehouse in Wujiang’s Fenhu area.

With its wealth of industry experience, JLL Industrial and Logistics team helped ESR to successfully lock in two internationally renowned retailer brands, Dyson and Gap, shortly after the completion of its warehouse in Wujiang’s Fenhu area. JLL also assisted ESR to complete the overall lease of the logistics park with a total area of 90,000 square meters. JLL helped the owners and tenants negotiate prices and conduct market research for tenants. After a multi-level selection process, they finally assisted the two tenants to select the Wujiang Fenhu Warehouse as their distribution center for the Greater Shanghai area. The project is ESR’s first warehouse property in Wujiang, and JLL successfully found high-quality tenants in a short period of time and helped its clients to meet their business target ahead of schedule.
