With 20 years’ experience, Stuart concentrates on identifying debt and equity investment for cross border investors and plays an integral role in some of the largest commercial real estate deals regionally, including the sale of the Twin Tower Asia Square Office project for over US$4.5 billion.
Ambika Goel
Ambika is involved in Blackstone Real Estate’s capital raising, investor relations and business development across Asia. Prior, Ms. Goel spent nine years at GLP focusing on fund management, investor relations and capital markets.
Laurent Jacquemin
Laurent is responsible for all operations in the Asia Pacific region, including overseeing investment, asset management and capital raising activities from the offices in Japan, South Korea and Australia. Laurent is a member of the Real Assets Extended Management Board. He was previously the European Head of Transactions.
Jing Dong Lai
Jing Dong Lai started his career in M&G in October 2016 as Director, Head of Acquisitions, APAC and Head of Japan prior to taking on his new role in 2021.
He has more than 18 years of Asia real estate markets experience, working in several of the region’s financial hubs.

Kevin is responsible for the logistics sector overseas. He was involved in cross-border acquisitions, with a cumulative transaction value of US$5 billion and has significant experience as an investment manager in Singapore, Europe and USA.
Sheng Jie Ni
Sheng Jie Ni supports world leading medical and biopharmaceutical companies in their supply chain and distribution in Asia Pacific region. His expertise includes the Pharma cold chain distribution and healthcare contract logistics service.
