Sheryl Sandburg as she is a female who has balanced work, life, and a family and has also faced life adversity. She continues to inspire people from all generations and backgrounds.

I hope I inspire women at JLL by demonstrating that a leadership role can be combined with a family life and motherhood. It is such a struggle to balance these things sometimes and we all make mistakes but knowing that others face the same challenges can not only lift your spirits and inspire you but also create a virtual network of similar people to turn to for help sometimes!
