Shaping Human Experience

A focus on hybrid work and four emerging worker profiles

February 22, 2021

The global pandemic has accelerated the adoption of remote work to a level we could not have imagined a year ago. New workforce aspirations for a more balanced lifestyle mean that working from home will form a key part of the new hybrid world to work.

In our latest research, we identify four unique worker profiles characterised by their appetite for home working. While it highlights that organisations will have to tailor their new hybrid approach to work, it also shows that, if not managed carefully, frequent remote working can have a negative impact on workforce morale and productivity.

Read the full report, to find out more about the unique expectations of the four employee groups and the optimum balance of remote vs office work that organisations should adopt to maintain maximum levels of workforce engagement, commitment and satisfaction.

This paper draws on the results of our global employee sentiment survey of over 2,000 office workers across 10 countries. You may also be interested in Reimagining Human Experience: How to embrace the new work-life priorities and expectations of a liquid workforce, which can be downloaded here.
