JLL appoints Julien Zhang as China Chief Strategy Officer

Shanghai, 14 Dec. 2021 - Global real estate consultancy JLL has appointed Julien Zhang as China Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), effective from February 1st, 2022. Julien currently works as North China Managing Director and will continue the role until his successor is determined.

As the new CSO, he will report to JLL Greater China CEO Bessie Lee and continue to be a crucial member of the JLL Greater China Leadership Committee. While based in Beijing as before, Julien will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement JLL’s growth strategy and framework as well as driving company’s digitalization and transformation in China.

He will also take full charge of business growth from Chinese corporations, by continuously providing customized real estate solutions supported by JLL’s global resources and industry expertise.

During the past 25 years of service with JLL in China, America and Australia, Julien has accumulated extensive experience in both domestic and global markets. Since he was appointed as the Managing Director of JLL North China in 2009, he has led the team to provide professional real estate services for many domestic and foreign developers, investors, occupiers, and government departments, covering the whole commercial real estate service chain.
