Shanghai, Feb. 18, 2022 – JLL (NYSE: JLL) has been again named to Fortune magazine's World's Most Admired Companies list for the 6 consecutive years, as well as named to 2022 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index for the third consecutive year.

Fortune World’s Most Admired Companies

The World's Most Admired Companies list is a major authority on corporate reputations compiled each year by Fortune and Korn Ferry through a survey of 3,700 corporate executives, directors and analysts. JLL was recognized for exceptional social responsibility and global competitiveness within the real estate industry

“We’re proud to again be included on Fortune magazine’s list of the World’s Most Admired Companies,” said Christian Ulbrich, JLL CEO. “This reflects our purpose of shaping the future of real estate for a better world, and our values of teamwork, ethics and excellence in everything we do.”

Fortune's list of World's Most Admired Companies recognizes organizations with the strongest reputations within and across industries. Korn Ferry, a global management consulting firm, has worked with FORTUNE each year since 1997 to select and rank the Most Admired Companies and identify why they are highly regarded.

In 2021, JLL held the first "Global Community Week". Our corporate offices around the world carried out a series of public welfare activities to serve the community and give back to the society. In Greater China, JLL employees contributed 1,500 volunteering hours during the Community week and over 5,000 hours throughout the year. JLL also provides employees with one day of public service holiday each year to support their community and charity contribution.

Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index

For the past three years, JLL has been named to Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI), which tracks the performance of public companies committed to transparency in gender-data reporting. The reference index measures gender equality across five pillars: female leadership & talent pipeline, equal pay & gender pay parity, inclusive culture, anti-sexual harassment policies and pro-women brand.

JLL scored at or above a global threshold established by Bloomberg, reflecting disclosure and the achievement or adoption of best-in-class statistics and policies.

As part of our ambition to be the most inclusive and diverse commercial real estate company, JLL is advancing gender equality through its hiring and development of female talent. Notably, JLL continues to add women to its senior leadership ranks, with women comprising 45% of its independent board members and with half of JLL’s eight largest countries by revenue (commonly referred to as the J8) – China, India, Germany and the UK – led by women.

“We are committed to accelerating our progress toward a more diverse and inclusive future,” said Mary Bilbrey, JLL’s Chief Human Resources Officer. “Our focus on gender equity has never been more important, as women continue to be disproportionately affected by the pandemic. We continue to lead with empathy and flexibility, placing well-being at the forefront of the future workforce. We are honored that Bloomberg has again recognized our gender equality efforts.”

Clients and third-party organizations continue to recognize JLL globally for its ethics, corporate citizenship and commitment to being an employer of choice. JLL has received the following awards in the last year:
