JLL successfully assisted Everbright, a well-known domestic real estate ouod, to complete the full acquisition of H88 Yuehong Plaza.
In June 2017, JLL successfully assisted Everbright, a well-known domestic real estate fund, to complete the full acquisition of H88 Yuehong Plaza. The purchase of this property, located in the central area of Shanghai’s Caohejing district, was completed via a foreign transaction. The project has a total construction area of over 50,000 square meters and was designed by internationally-renowned architects, who used a design which incorporates an inviting eco-garden office concept based around twin towers
