In July 2018, JLL began providing on-site property management consultancy services for Chongqing Bay Plaza, setting up a property management team and tailor-making a plan to provide five-star property services for the client. Besides helping maintain and increase the property value, JLL also provided a friendly and convenient service.
The Chongqing Bay Plaza project is located opposite Yanyu Park, on the middle section of Chongqing’s Nanbin Road. The project covers an area of 2.3 hectares and the construction area is 90,000 m². Located in Chongqing's most prosperous commercial district, it enjoys unique geographical advantages and the triple benefits of proximity to the central CBD area, main roads, and commercial circles, scarce urban resources which are hard to recreate. The Golden Twin Towers, where Chongqing Bay Plaza is located, are the Pearl of Nanbin and a landmark for Chongqing
