JLL Supports Beijing Landmark Industrial Park “Zhongguancun One”

JLL Property and Asset Management team has provided fullproperty management services for “Zhongguancun One” Park since 2017 and has been unwavering in its commitment to build the most iconic landmark cluster in north-western Beijing

The “Zhongguancun One” Park Project is located along Beiqing Road in the Haidian District of Beijing. It is one of the government-planned science and technology industrial parks in the northern part of Haidian and is also the technology industry center of the entire future northern Haidian industrial belt. The project adopts a modular urban planning system for its overall design, which greatly improves land utilization. Meanwhile, the high-rise buildings are offset to gain the best views and sunlight and form a well-proportioned external space. The mixed-use functionality creates a city complex integrating business, lifestyle, and entertainment functions

The project covers an area of almost 77,700 sqm with a total GFA of 439,000 sqm, including an above ground GFA of 271,000 sqm and a 168,000 sqm underground area. The overall floor area  ratio is 3.5, and it is the first project in Haidian District that owns Green Building, LEED, and Healthy Building certifications. JLL Property and Asset Management team has provided fullproperty management services for “Zhongguancun One” Park since 2017.

At present, the park has recruited well-known domestic Hi-tech enterprises such as Lakala payment, CERNET, Bank of Beijing Consumer Finance Company, and Tendyron Corporation. It is worth mentioning that while managing “Zhongguancun One” Park, JLL was also hired to provide full property management services for Lakala Group’s China headquarter in Building D.
