JLL Helps Chongbang Group to Create City of Joy in Hangzhou - Life Hub @ Yuhang

In May 2016, JLL’s Hangzhou Property and Asset Management team’s reputation for high-quality service and rich project resources led to its appointment as property management team by Chongbang Group for their first urban mixed-use project in Hangzhou, the 230,000-square-meter Life Hub @ Yuhang

Other well-known developers tend to use in-house property management teams to conduct mall management. However, when faced with the diversified format of the project as well as high market expectations, Chongbang eventually decided to appoint JLL to assemble a professional property management team to provide quality service solutions for the project throughout its lifecycle.

After nearly half a year of hard work, JLL’s Life Hub @ Yuhang project management team had successfully assisted the client in completing the project's inspection and all preparatory work necessary before its opening. The large crowds on the opening day highlighted the market's high level of recognition of the excellent service standards of Life Hub @ Yuhang. So far, JLL has achieved better than expected results in areas such as facilities, equipment, security, fire, and customer management. It has also optimized and upgraded the user experience for customers and office tenants of the mall, while ensuring the smooth daily operation of the project.
