JLL’s Chengdu Retail team has an in-depth understanding of the expansion requirements of Bavin Door and has developed an exclusive strategy to explore other domestic markets, which resulted in Bavin Door Feel opening at the Kerry Center in Hangzhou. This was the first time that Bavin Door Feel had entered a new market outside of Chengdu. Hangzhou Kerry Center is one of the new landmarks in Hangzhou which offers a snapshot of Hangzhou's internationalization, and the restaurant offerings are a particular highlight of the project. The signing of Bavin Door has diversified the Kerry Centre's restaurant mix and also helped to increase its popularity.
