Who is a female inspiration/role model to you and why?
I don ́t have a single role model. I think all women are a source of inspiration in some way. The woman that you meet on the street with her story (maybe raising five kids alone), the one that you meet at a conference (maybe a successful CEO at work)...I get inspired by all their stories.
How are you inspiring women to achieve their ambitions at JLL?
I believe in the saying "lead by example", so I try to achieve my ambitions: I connect with people, work hard, share my goals. Then I share my stories with all the good and the bad trying to show that everything is possible.
