Inclusion is a very important topic, not only at work but in the society in general. The level of inclusion is different in every country and culture, so we have to fight different battles. It is important to know the reality on where we stand in order to take actions. Talking about women, I think Latin America has a hard battle to fight, but we are waking up.

I believe in the saying "lead by example", so I try to achieve my ambitions: I connect with people, work hard, share my goals. Then I share my stories with all the good and the bad trying to show that everything is possible.
