During my career I have had some great mentors, sponsors and advocates here at JLL — Vickie Evers and Janyth Toye are two that come to mind. Both demonstrated principled leadership and were comfortable leading matrixed teams of men and women. Their consistent example served as a role model for my pragmatic and agile management style.
