Showing them that I care, that I get where they are coming from, that I get their challenges and that even though it looks like a tall mountain, they can do it. Also, with the help of others we are pushing our leadership to hear their voices so we can be the best we can be in this space. I needed to see women in front of me that looked like me, raising young kids with a husband who has a demanding career. I take great responsibility in helping the next generation believe in themselves, know they have a champion, be their voice, and see that it is possible.
