Who is a female inspiration/role model to you and why?
Every female in the C-Suite at any company. They simply give hope, encouragement and inspiration to every female behind them that growing a business career and being a leader is possible.
Why does inclusion matter to you?
It allows everyone to be their authentic self and bring their value add and diverse thought to every table. Yes, you need to play the part of a mature and presentable businessperson, but we shouldn’t have to mold ourselves into something we aren’t. If we can accomplish a sense of inclusion, we can bring diverse thought to every table in our business which will make us a more profitable and a culturally leading company.
