Who is a female inspiration/role model to you and why?
Within JLL, Marina Krishnan. She always has a great sense of balance, and is very sharp, calm, supportive, and charismatic.
How are you inspiring women to achieve their ambitions at JLL?
I am not doing special things as these are usual things for me: create psychological safe space for them, listen to what they want to be, help them imagine where and what they want to achieve.
