Kai Zimprich

Kai Zimprich has been General Manager EMEA Leasing Technology at JLL since June 2023. In his role, he is responsible for the EMEA Leasing Technology Ecosystem and drives product-oriented business development of the leasing divisions in the EMEA region as part of JLL's global business and technology strategy. He has more than twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, tech and product development, and digital transformation.

Prior to his current role, Kai Zimprich held various leadership positions at JLL, including Head of Technology Advisory for EMEA & APAC and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Central Europe. In these roles, he was instrumental in the company's digital transformation and drove the development and implementation of innovative technologies and product solutions.

Since joining JLL in 2001, Kai Zimprich has developed an impressive range of expertise, spanning from the optimization of internal management processes and the digitalization of the real estate business to the strategic support of international real estate transactions and M&A projects.

Kai Zimprich earned his diploma in Geography from the Universities of Hamburg, Germany, and Southampton, UK. Today, he shares his expertise as a lecturer at various German universities. His passion for innovation, coupled with his extensive experience, makes him a valuable expert in the constantly evolving real estate landscape.
