Bernard Keppenne

Bernard Keppenne has served as Head of Tenant Representation since 2018, where he leads strategic initiatives to deliver exceptional outcomes for corporate occupiers navigating their real estate decisions.

Recognized as one of the most senior experts in tenant representation, Bernard has been instrumental in executing many of the largest and most complex transactions carried out on behalf of occupiers on the Belgian market. His strategic approach to negotiations and deep understanding of occupier needs have consistently delivered significant value to the clients he serves.

Bernard's tenure with JLL began in 1997 when he joined the Office Agency team before joining the Tenant Representation in 2000. His longevity has provided him with unparalleled market knowledge and industry relationships that benefit his clients and team members alike.

Bernard holds a Master in Economics and a Master in Business Administration, both from the Catholic University of Louvain-La-Neuve – Belgium.
