JLL Shenzhen expands, relocates and embraces “Future of Work”
Shenzhen, 17 June 2019 – To accommodate the growth of its business, JLL Shenzhen is expanding—and moving to its new home located at the 19th floor of Tower Three, Kerry Plaza, effective 17 June 2019. Marking a major milestone in its twelve-year development, the relocation further strengthens JLL’s leading position in the commercial real estate industry.
“The upgrade and relocation of our Shenzhen office confirms our commitment to thoroughly establishing ourselves in South China. The development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area presents a great opportunity to us, which we will use to gradually drive our business development and promote our services,” said Jex Ng, Managing Director of JLL South China.
The new office occupies approximately 1,500 square metres, and embraces the “Future of Work” concept. With flexible and diversified working style, the Shenzhen office aims to provide staff and clients with an agile and collaborative working space, creating a fully enhanced, humanized office experience.
