JLL names Mark Kreisman new Financial Services Division President
CHICAGO, April 8, 2026 – JLL announced today that it has appointed Mark Kreisman as its new Global Division President for the Financial Services division. In his new role, Kreisman provides executive oversight for a global portfolio of approximately one billion square feet, guiding banking, financial services, investment management, fintech and insurance clients with actionable insights, forward-thinking strategies and industry-leading expertise.
Over his 18 years at JLL, Kreisman has held numerous senior leadership roles across portfolio management, regional account management and global operations. Most recently, he was JLL’s Global Head of Corporate Real Estate and was responsible for overseeing JLL’s global property portfolio across more than 80 countries. Prior to that, he served as the Global Account Executive for a large global financial institution and successfully led a complex global transformation and secured new technology revenue streams.
“Mark has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to understand the complex challenges facing financial services clients and to deliver solutions that drive measurable results,” said Sanjay Rishi, CEO, Work Dynamics Americas and Head of Global Industries. “His deep industry expertise, strategic vision and proven track record of building strong client relationships make him the ideal leader to steer the Financial Services division through its next phase of growth. I'm confident that we will continue to set new industry standards of service and provide differentiated value and innovation to our financial services clients worldwide under his leadership.”
Reporting to Rishi, Kreisman now leads a team of approximately 10,000 experts focused on delivering superior outcomes through integrated facilities management and providing workplace solutions that help clients boost the performance of their workplaces and real estate portfolios.
Kreisman’s promotion comes at a time when some financial services firms are undergoing rapid AI transformations, with 91% now piloting AI solutions, which is a dramatic leap from the 65% reported the year prior. This surge is matched by significant technology investment, as 31% of corporate real estate leaders anticipate tech budgets will grow by more than 15% in the next three years.
“AI adoption is fundamentally reshaping banking and finance operations by transforming workflows, expediting decision-making processes and redefining what firms need to succeed,” Kreisman said. “Success means guiding our clients through rapidly changing markets with clarity and confidence. We’ve built a culture where innovation and collaboration are already strong, and I’m focused on strengthening it further and ensuring our talented professionals have everything they need to deliver exceptional results. Our goal remains constant: To be the partner our clients can count on every time.”
Kreisman succeeds Bobby Magnano, who was recently promoted into a new leadership role within JLL’s Leasing Advisory business, as President for the U.S. East Region and member of the U.S. Leasing Advisory Executive Committee.
