China Domestic Valuation

We deliver China licenced valuation services to meet our client’s regulatory requirements.

​​​JLL is the only international valuation and consultancy company with a full set of PRC valuation licences, including highlights such as the Grade A Qualification in real estate valuation by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and Grade A Qualification in land valuation by the Ministry of Land and Resources. By forming a strategic business alliance, we also obtained the Securities and Futures Valuation Qualification by the Ministry of Finance and China Securities Regulatory Co​​mmission among other licences.​​
