Lease Essentials abstracts limited key lease fields and automates critical date notification and help desk support. It is a cost-effective entry point into portfolio management.
  • Database Management
    JLL's mid-tier lease administration service that includes full lease abstraction into a lease administration system. These documents are electronically stored, with key real estate portfolio data (including leased, subleased and owned sites) connected to property information, cost schedule, terms and conditions of the lease. This data is maintained and communicated with the relevant users and updated for changes in critical events and cost data.
  • Financial Management
    JLL's premier lease administration service level. Financial reviews are enhanced to include the monthly review of landlord invoices, while subtenant invoices are issued to ensure payments/receipts are current and on-time. Savings and cost avoidance are negotiated with the landlord/subtenant and reported on quarterly.
  • Lease Audit
    JLL preforms lease audits on landlord reconciliations based on on-site audits of the landlord general ledger against key lease terms under a contingency fee arrangement.
