Lei Shing Hong Plaza, Beijing, China

Our Client's Situation

Lei Shing Hong (LSH) Plaza is a 5A landmark office building in Beijing's Wangjing area. Its anchor tenants include Microsoft, Daimler, Caterpillar and Nestlé, among others. Aiming to improve the building's indoor environment quality and energy performance, as well as the tenants' satisfaction, LSH Property—the developer—decided to pursue Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Buildings (LEED-EB) Gold certification

Our Partnership
