Northern Trust – 2 Pacific Place, Hong Kong

Situation

To further these goals, Northern Trust committed to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and carbon emission reduction

Purchased new equipment, over 85.38% of which were ENERGY STAR-rated

Jointly delivered by Jones Lang LaSalle's (JLL) Project and Development Services (PDS) and Energy and Sustainability Services (ESS) teams to achieve LEED for Commercial Interiors (LEED-CI) Gold certification

Results

18.38% energy consumption cutback per sq ft

40% water use reduction

LEED-CI Gold certification
