G.F.A., The Lily is a landmark development of the Chinachem Group with 4 towers, each with 28 storeys (excluding the 4th, 13th, 14th & the 24th Floor) in height and in total offers 34 units of furnished serviced and 66 unfurnished luxury apartments for long-termed leases.
JLL is the only qualified professional agent in Hong Kong that can fully fulfil Chinachem Group's requirements. We have the track records and are currently managing a total of 7 serviced apartments in approximately 300 units. We also deployed an experienced General Manager who is experienced in serviced apartment management to lead the on-site services team including an all Gurkha security team and to provide staff with tailor-made professional serviced apartment trainings. JLL had provided the pre-management services where we fine-tuned the budget, set up and ran the in-room bulk purchase system, purchased and managed the in-room facilities and provided valuable inputs as early as the design stage, i.e. advices on front desk system, room utilities and carpark entrance system. We had also provided trust management and leasing services with our second to none understanding of top market needs.
At the end of April 2010, The Lily had been officially launched. The leasing progress had been satisfactory where Markets was working to lease 5 levels of 20 units and 15 units had already been committed (of 2 of them are long-termed unfurnished apartments) by May 2010. Pre-management was also on track where we had started the handover to tenants on the 1st June, 2010. All handovers were due to be completed by end of June/ July 2010.
