In 2017, JLL began to conduct comprehensive property management services for Chongqing Corporate Avenue 3, 4, and 5. The team proposed the management principle of “grouping, integration and sustainability”, and taking the customer center as the core of service management, all the on-site teams conducted field work around this concept to provide better services to customers.
The Chongqing Corporate Avenue 3, 4 and 5 office towers are situated in a primary location on 56 Ruitian Road in the Yuzhong District of Chongqing. The total construction area of the project is just under 134,000 m², of which the office buildings make up almost 100,000 m², with the commercial area covering around 3,300 m². As the benchmark project for high-end office buildings in Chongqing, this is one of the highest quality office projects in the Yuzhong District of the city, boasting high-end facilities, a superior location, and top-quality property services.
