ACCOUNTABILITIES |
|
The incumbent will be primarily responsible for managing building and fit-out projects for the clients in compliance with the department procedures and effectively managing assigned client portfolio to achieve agreed revenue and profitability targets. |

| REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |
• Tertiary educated in building, architectural, or other project management related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years practical experience in building or construction projects; design or development consultancy; and/or fitting-out and renovation projects management
• Strong analytical skills with excellent communications skills
• Ability to work independently and a good team player
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin |
