    • • Jones Lang LaSalle will be the sole leasing agent of a brand new building at 33 Des Voeux Road Central, with the G/F, 1/F–3/F and 5/F tailored for retail, and the other stories for office use
    • • A minute’s walk from the Central MTR Station, the building is in proximity to the district’s major shopping areas. The project is expected to be completed in the 4Q13

  • Heng Shan Fang, Shanghai
    • • Jones Lang La Salle was appointed to provide principal leasing services
    • • The project is the junction of Hengshan Road and Tianping Road in Xuhui District. The project is located in the Hujiahui commercial area and is close to the Huijin Plaza, Pacific Department Store and Grand Gateway
    • • Transportation: Five minutes’ walk to Metro 1 and 9 at Xujiahui Station
    • • Total retail area is 7,000 sqm, with 100 parking lots available at Xujiahui Park. The project will be open in 3Q13

  • Beijing Capital Land Outlets, Wanning/Huzhou/Kunshan
    • • Jones Lang LaSalle was appointed to provide prefered leasing services
    • • Following its updating strategy of heading for commercial real estate industry, Beijing Capital Land expands its outlet malls to Wanning, Huzhou and Kunshan. The Wanning outlets are located in the suburban area of Wanning, 13 km away from the city center and only 500 m away from the Lianhua exit of East Highway. The Huzhou outlets suit in the middle of Lake Taihu Tourism Center. The distance between the outlets and the Taihu city center is just 8 km. Kunshan outlets seat in the east of Yangtze River Delta, embracing the half hour rapid transit economic circles
    • • Beijing Capital Land remodels the outlets’ traditional single retail format by collecting a variety of modes such as domestic and foreign famous brand discount centers, catering and children’s theme pavilions in one outlet store to satisfy the core customer’s shopping experience

  • Shi Hao Plaza, Chengdu
    • • Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed by Shihao Xinrui Sharing Group to be the sole leasing agent for this project
    • • Shi Hao Plaza – Expected to be completed in 4Q13, and will commerce in May 2014. Shi Hao Plaza is a new retail project located in New South Area. The anchor tenant is Ito-Yokado’s flagship department store, which opened in 2011. It will become a one-stop destination for fashion, dining, leisure and lifestyle for the high-income residents

  • Guotai Plaza, Chongqing
    • • Jones Lang LaSalle was appointed to provide general agency services to Guotai Plaza
    • • Guotai Plaza is located in the Jiefangbei retail precinct on Yuzhong Peninsula. It is on the Chongqing International Financial Street, next to Jiefangbei Square and connecting to Guotai Arts Center. It is a park-like shopping center with retail, landscape and city square. The total GFA is 107,353.2 sqm

  • Hengbao Plaza, Guangzhou
    • • Jones Lang LaSalle was appointed for retail reposition consultancy and joint sole leasing agency for the project
    • • Located in the famous Shang Xia Jiu catchment, the project is a large-scale commercial and residential property in Liwan district. It has a shopping mall with an approximate GFA of 58,000 sqm, and it is linked to Metro Line 1

    • • Jones Lang LaSalle was appointed to provide retail consultancy and leasing services for the Shang-Shun Plaza located at Miaoli County
    • • The main scheme of the commercial area is ‘New Urban Lifestyle’, and the concept will draw in high-end residential, fashion, lifestyle, cinema, entertainment, technology , F&B, four-star hotel and banquet, offering consumers comfortable shopping and living environment
    • • Built-up new landmark and new urban center with 90,000 ping (300,000 sqm) development project. Shang-Shun Plaza creates new commercial activities zone and residential environment for Miaoli County

  • Lonsen Plaza, Shanghai
    • • Jones Lang LaSalle is appointed to provide sole leasing services.
    • • Lonsen Plaza is located at the intersection of Dushi Road and Jindu Road in Minhang District. The total GFA is up to 150,000 square meters.
    • The project is 3 kilometers to Skymall which is the largest scale shopping center in Xinzhuang area and surrounded by upscale and intensive residence within 1.5 kilometers. Lonsen Plaza is targeted to become the functional neighborhood center which can satisfy daily consumption.
    • • The transportation is convenient, 15 minutes’ walk to Metro 5 Yindu Road and there are also several bus stations at Dushi Road
