Eddie is the Managing Director of JLL Shanghai and East China.  Before that Eddie was the Managing Director of JLL Chengdu and West China, and he established JLL’s first branch in Chinese tier-2 cities in 2005 and later Chongqing branch and Xi’an branch in 2011 and 2013 respectively, forming a strategic layout with business covering Guiyang, Kunming and other major cities in West China. At the same time, Eddie is also responsible for investment business.


Previous experience

Eddie joined JLL Hong Kong in 1996, responsible for commercial projects consulting, project leasing, sales and tenant representative business. He has 19 years of work experience with JLL.

Since Eddie established JLL Chengdu Branch in 2005, it provided commercial real estate consulting, sales and leasing services for government agencies, state-owned enterprises, domestic and foreign developers and financial investors. With rich practical experience and advanced ideas, Eddie along with his team members, has provided several landmark projects in Chengdu with market strategic consulting and research, leasing and operation management, leasing and sales, project development and management, property management and other professional services, offered forward-looking suggestions and feasible solutions for the planning and construction of several areas in Chengdu Dujiangyan, Jinjiang District, Tianfu New Area and Jinniu District. In the real estate capital market, the Investment division, under his leadership, has successfully assisted LaSalle Investment Management in investing in Chengdu Aerospace Science and Technology Building and Chengdu Oriental Home, with a total investment of 1.58 billion RMB. In addition, thanks to Eddie’s efforts, Jin Ying Feng Fund has purchased Pinnacle One, an office building project jointly developed by Sino-Ocean Land and Swire Properties at the Daci Temple, with a transaction price of up to 2.1 billion RMB. In 2011, the investment deal with the acquisition of GTC Galleria Chengdu by Australia-based Macquarie Group involving a stock right worth 550 billion should also be attributed to Eddie and his team. Besides, the assets transactions of Vailog Logistics Park and Zenith Logistics Park were also completed by Eddie and his team in 2011 and 2009 respectively.

Eddie has been responsible for the following important Chengdu commercial projects: International Finance Square, Tencent Mansion, The Cosmos, Western International Financial Center, One Aerospace Center, Yitai Center, Yanlord Landmark, Central Plaza, Ping An Fortune Center, The Atrium, Capitamall Tianfu, LOTTE Castle, etc.
