Bio

Evan Zhou is an Associate Director and Head of Strategic Consulting of JLL Chengdu Office with responsibility for Chengdu. He has 10 years working experience in the real estate industry. He is in charge of SCON of West China (exclude Chongqing, Shanxi province), include the study of preliminary orientation in the real estate industry, industry planning, regional planning, culture & Tourism planning, etc. He also offers services such as siting, investment consultancy and marketing consultancy for governments, landlords, tenants and investors.

Previous experience

Evan Zhou has had working experiences in large state-owned enterprises in Guangzhou and Chengdu before he joined JLL. He has also worked as an investment manager in government investment authorities,   mainly in charge of the feasibility analysis of investment projects and research of the macro policy markets.

Evan has held positions as Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, Associate Director and now Head of Strategic Consulting after he joined JLL Chengdu in 2010.​
