JLL will provide property management services for the landmark Ping An Finance Centre, the tallest tower in Shenzhen


SHENGZHEN, MARCH 12, 2015 - China’s second largest insurer, Ping An Group, has appointed the JLL Shenzhen Property and Asset Management (PAM) team, to provide property management services for the Ping An Finance Centre, a new landmark building in Shenzhen that is expected to be completed in 2016.

PingAn.jpgThe Ping An Finance Centre will stand more than 600 metres in height, and will become the tallest building in Shenzhen, and one of the tallest towers in China. Located in the city's Futian Central Business District, the 118-storey tower will serve as Ping An’s new national headquarters, and will also offer commercial office space and a shopping mall.

KK Fung, JLL’s Managing Director in Greater China, said, "We are honoured that Ping An has chosen JLL to manage the iconic new Ping An Finance Centre once it opens next year.
