Client Challenges

  • Transferring 86 incumbent staff from ex-FM services providers to JLL’s vendors with higher compensation which results in a complicate R&R impacts to new team setup.
  • Operations records/procedures/documents were not complete or ready to handover.
  • Management and unification of 95 vendor contracts in 22 different sites with multiple service levels.


Our Solutions

  • JLL onsite staff established and maintained a transparent communication and understood client as well as staff’s expectation to manage a smooth staff transfer.
  • Conducted Due Diligence, consolidated site information and developed total 23 site-oriented operation manuals.
  • Review contract SLA/KPI and establish management relationship and process to mange different vendors  located in different cities.
