Located at 610 Dongdaming Road of Hongkou District, the Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal project takes up the 880m-long golden coastline on the northern Bund. Our client and developer is the Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal Development Co., Ltd. with the majority shareholder being the Shanghai International Port Group (SIPG). The terminal was put into service in 2008, covering a GFA of 300, 000 sqm with 10m water draft and 1197 quay length. With annual capacity of 1 million passengers, the terminal has the ability to accommodate three 70,000 tons class cruises at a time.
JLL is providing the integrated township management service for the Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal project. Jones Lang LaSalle manages its building premises and all public areas and also provided handover service to owners and management within the area.
This is the first integrated township management appointment in China and is also JLL's first township management project in China.
JLL has been able to leverage on its experience gained in managing integrated township projects in other parts of the world and direct apply it to the Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal. Our sound township management expertise allowed for well coordinated operations and flawless takeover activities.
