Manufacturers in China Explore Various Asset Strategies

Many manufacturers owning and operating their facilities in China are beginning to explore various asset strategies as a way to free up cash and strengthen their balance sheet. The need for cash has made foreign companies realise that the Chinese Government supports profit being made from sustained operating businesses, and less so from trading property.
