China 2020: The Real Estate Landscape

China’s commercial real estate market has been through four stages of growth over the last 15 years, from tentative beginnings in the 80’s, through experimental in the 90’s and into a dynamic period earlier this decade leading into the current internationalization phase. By 2020 the markets will have reached a new level of maturity in process- but what will they look like, which cities will be leading and what trends will they be anticipating?
